A Checklist for Group Leaders

  1. Please read and understand the imformation given on our website and/or Handbook (same imformation as website).
     
  2. Send Application form and deposit to Blue Lagoon address.  This will confirm your intended arrival and departure times as well as meals required for your group.
    NB: Please send by the date indicated on the Application form.
     
  3. Notify your group members of camp hiring conditions, as well as what to bring and what to leave at home.
     
  4. Visit Campsite; If convenient, you are most welcome to visit the site prior to your camp.  This can be a great aid to your programming, room allocation, etc., if this will be your groups first visit.  Just phone to arrange a suitable time.
     
  5. Three days prior to the commencement date please notify management of:
    * Total number of campers (including details of any with food allergies, or particular diet preferences etc.).
    * Your meal times or venue changes, i.e. BBQ or picnics, excursions away from the site etc.
    * Arrival and departure times.
    * Your requirements for equipment hire (7 days needed).
     
  6. Bring to camp Handbook (if provided).
