A Checklist for Group Leaders
- Please read and understand the imformation given on our website and/or Handbook (same imformation as website).
- Send Application form and deposit to Blue Lagoon address. This will confirm your intended arrival and departure times as well as meals required for your group.
NB: Please send by the date indicated on the Application form.
- Notify your group members of camp hiring conditions, as well as what to bring and what to leave at home.
- Visit Campsite; If convenient, you are most welcome to visit the site prior to your camp. This can be a great aid to your programming, room allocation, etc., if this will be your groups first visit. Just phone to arrange a suitable time.
- Three days prior to the commencement date please notify management of:
* Total number of campers (including details of any with food allergies, or particular diet preferences etc.). * Your meal times or venue changes, i.e. BBQ or picnics, excursions away from the site etc. * Arrival and departure times. * Your requirements for equipment hire (7 days needed).
- Bring to camp Handbook (if provided).
